Sports in a clean green atmosphere helps them develop a healthy body and mind, maybe one of the most valuable assets for the child in the times to come. Professional coaching is also provided in sports like Badminton, Football, Cricket and Taekwondo.

The British Council offers the International Dimension to School (IDS) as a certification framework for schools to record and evaluate their international work and embed it into the curriculum and whole school ethos. The activities planned were multidimensional and were connected to the school curriculum. As part of the IDS action plan, the school planned and executed seven different projects for students of different age groups which were titled as:
*Precious then water ,precious than gold water
*Global warming , its causes and mitigation
*3 R’S - Reduce, Reuse , Recycle
Students carried out activities based on these projects, and gathered knowledge about India and other countries of study. They collaborated with schools in Saudi Arabia, Nepal and Srilanka. They performed various activities with other schools. An evidence-based, huge 300-page portfolio was submitted by Anantha Vidyanikethan to the British Council for certification. The hard efforts of the AVN students and teachers who were involved in the international, collaborative project work resulted in this impressive achievement.
